So…here’s the blog without 5MinuteFiction.
Granted, I’ve done lots of redecorating (pardon the mess) that has nothing to do with 5MinuteFiction moving to Nicole’s site. But still, it feels a bit…empty without it. I do miss it. But I’ve got SO much else going on that I’m glad someone else is taking care of it.
So what’s going on? Oh, well: (Warning, many ALL CAPS coming.)
BOOK LAUNCH!
April 18, 2012 is the official web launch day for FIGHTING GRAVITY. But in reality it’ll be ready before that. Specifically for the LAUNCH PARTY at Ad Astra. This is a con I’ve never attended but has hosted launch parties for Dragon Moon Press books for the last three years. J.M. Frey’s was last year.
Speaking of Jess, I get to meet her and my editor Gabrielle Harbowy. Let’s not neglect to mention that the LAUNCH PARTY isn’t just for my FIGHTING GRAVITY, but it’s for Marie Bilodeau’s DESTINY’S FALL.
While I’ll be flying back from Ad Astra, (hopefully not hung-over), the official FIGHTING GRAVITY blog tour will commence. It’s being organized by the lovely people at Goddess Fish Promotions who are a heck of a lot more organized than I am. So YAY! for them. I think it’s going to be fun. Check out where I’m stopping and all that I’m blathering about.
So, yeah. That’s what’s going on.
What the heck’s everyone else been up to?
I’m glad you left the fish, but I like the other redecoration. As to what I’ve been up to… will you believe making plans to take over the (library) world?
I totally believe that.
No. You will be hungover.
Ahh, I do hate flying with a hangover. On the other hand, getting that way is so much fun.
We are really looking forward to the weekend and having you join us! Such an exciting time, and the book cover is gorgeous! I bet the insides are even better!
As I have said, I love the design of this blog! Very sleek, professional and sci-fi.
I found your blog from comments in the Miss Snark blog; your critique comments are so clear and well thought out (not everyone’s are) so I figured I’d see what you were up to on your blog. So, hello!
Well hello, Stephanie! Thank you so much. Lovely to meet you. 🙂
